My stay at the hotel was wonderful. The rooms were very large and comfortable, equipped with all the amenities I needed. I enjoyed relaxing with a cup of coffee, playing board games, and even dressing up in Thai traditional costumes for some fun pictures. However, I wasn't too happy with how the staff handled clothes left in the room. On the bright side, they provided a travel buddy phone, a smartphone that kept me connected around the city with internet access for maps and Google.

The service was kind and helpful. Ethan Miew, in particular, really knew how to take care of the customers. However, some staff members seemed more interested in their mobile phones than assisting guests. On the plus side, they promised to reserve more rooms for us on the same floor.

The hotel's location was excellent, very convenient to public transportation and restaurants. It was nice being near Thonglo BTS, with a lovely common area for guests to enjoy the provided games. Additionally, there were plenty of dining options and cafes nearby, making it a great spot for taking pictures.

The dining experience was a mix. While some of the food was delicious, there were some shortcomings like the absence of porridge, cold cuts, cheeses, and cereal variety. The dining area could use more professional management to enhance the overall experience.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were very spacious, filled with amenities like a fridge, hair dryer, bathtub, and even Thai traditional costumes for fun photos. The only drawback was that my room was smaller than others. The service was top-notch, with kind and helpful staff willing to assist with anything. The location was perfect, near the Thonglo BTS station and surrounded by great dining options, though some areas had a sewerage issue. The dining experience was a mix of delicious food and some leftovers from the night before. Overall, a great value for the money with some minor flaws.
